How It Works

Fill out the contact form: Include details regarding area of town, price range, desired move date, and any other relevant information you'd like to include. 

​Contact you within 24 hours:  We'll contact you to discuss your criteria so we have a clear understanding of your needs. The more specific you can be the better. There are thousands of options so the more detailed you are, the better we can be at finding your new place.

Listings straight to your inbox: We'll  compose a list of properties that'll include pricing, specials, maps, and amenities for each community straight to your email. You'll be able to favorite your top picks and we'll leave comments with our insider tips for each property.

Schedule your tours: Reaching a property can be a nightmare, and that's all taken care of by us. We'll set up all your appointments for you as well as gather the latest pricing and specials so you don't have to. This time saving process is what our clients appreciate the most.

Applying: Once you decide to put in an application just make sure to include The Dallas Uptown Girl/ Modern Living Real Estate as the reason for you moving there. This ensures the property knows we worked for you as your agent. And don't worry it doesn't change your rental rate or deposits. Any person leasing an apartment is always offered the same price whether they had an agent or not.
